With COVID-19, how do we make sure that customer can safely view a property or a house?
While some customers are happy to view a property with virtual showing, which I am always happy to provide, but others find it difficult to make such a decision before physically seeing a house. Taking into consideration the current situation, and putting the customer safety first, and in preparation for the viewing, I go through a thorough cleaning of all surfaces and areas that my customers may touch or interact with.
So this is a a short fun video showing how I prepare an open house for viewing. We know these are difficult times and we are all worried, this is my small contribution to help.
